This is a nice task for those a little nervous about using computers with their class. All you need to do is print or display the worksheet and let the class follow the instructions. They need to retype the recipe in a specific font, insert a clipart, insert the date and time and print two copies.

This is a presentation about the history of the Six Nations Rugby Championship Trophy. There is another presentation on the history of the Six Nations Championship which can be used alongside this presentation. While it is predominately a history presentation there is strong integration with Visual Arts. This can be a child led/peer led activity, the teacher requires little to no prior knowledge on the topic, they can just facilitate the lesson.
Visual Arts – The class is asked to imagine that they are asked to create a new trophy for the RBS 6 Nations Rugby Championship.
History – This presentation talks through the history of the trophy awarded to the winners of the Six Nations Rugby Championship.
English - Oral Language – there are a number of slides in which questions are asked of the class. On these slides the class are asked to discuss the questions either as a whole class, in groups or pairs.

This worksheet integrates English, Maths and Visual Arts. You should be aware that it is written from a UK perspective. There is an English comprehensive activity and another in which the method of the recipe needs to be put into the correct order. There is a nice maths activity in which the amounts used in the recipe must be changed to accommodate more or less servings. There is also an activity in which the child is asked to draw the recipe in action which integrates the worksheet nicely with visual arts.
