Submitting TPN Forms

At the beginning of each academic year please download and submit a branch proposal form.This form must be completed and returned to INOTE head office: INOTE, Kilkenny Education Centre, Seville Lodge, Callan Road, Kilkenny

Workshops and Seminars

Once your branch has held a workshop/seminar the following documentation should be completed and returned to INOTE Head Office (Kilkenny Education Centre)

  1. Report and Record Forms: Part 1 (Event and Venue Details), and  Part 2: (Event and Venue Expenses)
  2. Lecturer Claim Form : Lecturer claim forms should be completed immediatley and returned ASAP
  3. Attendance Roll:  Each attendee at the event should sign in using the standard sign-in form, which allows for contact details to be collated by the branch.
  4. Participant Evaluations: each participant should be asked to complete an evaluation sheet for the event.

If a teacher attends an INOTE event and has not yet registered as an INOTE member, please make available to him/her a membership application form.
